Hi,
Have to solve a small problem that I have tried for hours.
I've gained a new full HD camcorder, nothing special. A Aiptek Z700.
I'm using the following format:
1920x1080 @ 30f / s
1280x720 @ 60f / s
When I recorded videos now directly with the supplied Importiersoftware "ArcSoft Media Impression upload" on Youtube, which comes out here:
All wonderful.
Only I'd cut my videos synonymous as usual. As my Elements 3.0 which I was synonymous with happy until now, the files no longer swallows the new camcorder. Am I switched to elemnts 8.0.
Import the file using the Media Explorer, snippets bit of rum. Everything as usual.
If I want to export it then becomes comical.
I go right to "distribute", and then comes. No matter what file type / format / specifications I choose. The file that I get, always has a black border. It looks like this:
Have tried everything by now, nothing .... It is probably just a setting problem ... but it is not enough my Latin.
Does anyone have a type?

Ahja, these bars are of course synonymous Offline present. So they do not come of Youtube. And as I said, no preference which format, the only thing that changed is the minimal width of the bars.
Today goes to film first time out!
