| Best format for HDV export?

Good morning everybody,
I need your expert advice: And while I recorded footage in HDV 1080i (Camera: SonyFX7) and edited together in Adobe Premiere 2.0, a music video.
I have never been exported to an HDV project, in which output format I'm getting the best results?

There are many possibilities, depending of the application (in playability players, vs. bandwidth. Size ...).
I would generally select H.264 in mp4/mov-Container. This is the bitrate of the video stream at ~ 15Mbit / s more than enough. For example, web upload on YouTube about rich 6Mbit / s at eighth 720p25 (for Use Web to square pixels - Download therefore NOT 1440x1080).

I just tried it once, was able to adjust everything so far, but where can I set 720p25, unfortunately I do not think. The 25 I think yes means no more than that I employ people in the frame rate 25, but the 720p, I can dial anywhere.
When I employ people as MPEG2 format can I choose under 'Preset' 720 25p. Why not, or where in QuickTime?
