The ADVC 110 (or 100) is already a good device, but would in the case (VHS / S-VHS player) does not include program directly to a PC / editing, but first on a miniDV tape camcorder via FireWire and IN. Only of the miniDV to the PC. While it is a big step more, I would have this in my old tapes of the start but made so I would have my first Over dubbing saved directly to your PC.
