Hello,
I have the following problem:
I have a Panasonic mini DV, the NV-gs280. Since it is for this cam is not underwater housing, I would go the HCC-case for the Sony Handycam fetched. the cam fits perfectly inside.
s.hcc case is an av cable for sony-turn cams, so connected to operation of the cam mounted on the outside buttons possible. I would like now with this panasonic av cables connect to the same user the opportunity to get out of.
Geht das überhaupt? ie, the av-pin assignments of the same sony panasonic? the geometry of the AV connector fits my cam is not synonymous for the sony plug. there is a connector or cable between sony and panasonic etc.?
also is the question, then when the cam is connected, whether it is possible, then the cam to operate on the operating unit s.hcc-case? I do not know whether an AV-in s.der panasonic is probably what I would need. I think it is just an av-out.

This is a remote cable, since it concerns the remote control commands of the key goes. Your camcorder has to be started at a remote bush have. This is now the transmission protocol, together with pinout of the Sony case with the Panasonic remote control matches, it is highly zweifelhaf
Remedy:
1. Buy you a clever housing, for which the camcorder is designed or
2. Turn it on, press Rec, closing the case and let the tape through.

The problem is that there is no housing for your panasonic there. therefore, I am on the sony ausgewichen.
