I have a Mac with Leopard and a DV camera and wait for 5th at FCE
Would not "upgrade" in SL.
FCE 5 will run but only on SL.
Can someone tell me whether you still get FCE 5.3 and where?

I strongly doubt that it ever will fce 5 provide that only s.Rande. And what do you hope by waiting, if you want to cut DV? Surely that has always been perfect. An outdated software version will be able to find you only used.

New this software you will that has been removed over three years by the successors to find more comfortable with any dealer. On ebay FCE 3.5 will be available but used from time to time.

Because 4 is better than 3.5? I have heard in numerous reviews gegenteilges. Of course, open timeline. But the camcorder, which I picked out my (used) is HDV.
