Hi,
In two weeks I want to shoot a short film. I use this a self-built crane and get the media center of Vienna semi-professional camcorder made available. I want it but do not represent a risk of 2000, - camcorder on a wobbly crane.
Therefore find a suitable camcorder, where I tend to
give up extras and more value put on sharp
quality. The camcorder but should
not exceed 400, - free. Of course I am going to use advertising to camcorder synonymous next to experiments or kurzfilme and. It should therefore synonymous have a
manual focus. I am pleased with your answers or matching the left;)

best quality not more than 400, -- These two criteria are likely to be very difficult to bring under one roof, no preference how generous one "interprets the highest quality."

For 400 ¬ you were allowed a maximum of a used (worn-out?) Got DV camcorder to manual focus if you care about. Manual Focus is in fact at the lower price category (virgin not included).

In summary, it can be expressed as follows:
It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose some money, that's all.
When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing can not be fully met.
The law of business balance prohibits paying a little more value for money!
Accept the lowest bid, you will need for the risk taken by you to add something. And if you do that, then you have synonymous enough money to pay for something better.
