Hello,
we have the following problem:
CS4 constantly chopping and do not run around. Images are not redundant in the cut and one has the feeling of PC has not enough power, but he has (2048MB + 3.2 GHz). This problem with CS2, we had never, ever ran the superfluous! Another problem is that if the program is restarted repeatedly Peakdateien be created, which tremendously much time. Could it be the synonymous when to 7Aufnahmen (DV approximately 7h) in the Project, the reason he stutters or not is redundant?

ps the current Project is DV only (; 16:9)! Check out your cache and Media Project settings. Possible that your directory is not enough space and has, therefore, when files are deleted Ausknipsen, to make room. The rest is unclear. There's too many potenzielel problem. Are the files captured in CS4? If the sound is correctly configured? Plays with the graphics card?

Thanks for your answers, so after the update, the calculator, at least no longer the Peakdateien (after each program start) is loaded, which was so incredibly time consuming.
Nevertheless, I think it is still sluggish, as opposed to CS2. If I get the timeline entlanggeknallt "I came to the screen behind her always with the pictures, now it seems very slow ...
Have even XP64 drauf. Well, I'm a bit puzzled ... it is only annoying if you can not cut redundant.
