Hi,
I fight already half the day with the following problem.
If I file containing a pivot, encode to MPEG, I get very strong artifacts. This is not the case with the same settings when it is Scenic pictures. Similarly, the export to WMV or Quicktime works without problems.

Export to MPEG4, 18000 bitrate, 25fps
What you must know more?

This periodic jerking speaks to a problem with the frame rate. Anywhere you walk of 25p or 50i on accorging 30/60fps (or vice versa).
