Who can help me:
I use a Canon XH A1s HDV Camera. You connect via FireWire with the MAC.
(; Another cable and tried different port. Vain).
In the dialog "Record" None Picture is displayed. While I can control the camera, but I do not see the Picture. Only the pink placeholder image "Camera Preview.
So it is very cumbersome to set in-and out-points.
I have tried various presets and settings. Who can help me?
The "DV / HDV" Gerästesteuerung I chose PAL video standard, brand or model Canon. Device both "Standard" as synonymous "Other1" as synonymous "Andere2. For the XH A1s is not predetermined.
Who has experience with Mac and Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and can help me?
In an earlier version of Final Cut way, the preview works fine. But I have now set up at premiere of my workflow would have to go now and just for the capture in Final Cut Pro. That can not be, right?

Is not really a problem, right?
I work for many years with Premiere. When you capture gabs time to time problems, otherwise I find good premiere. So is with Scenalyzer or HDV Split captured and then imported into the Premiere Project. Where's the problem?
