| Recording software for Win XP

Moin, moin,
I need my notebook for a recording software, which (theoretically) unlimited and can record with the adjustable bit rate, and in Sterererereo as WAV or 192 kbit MP3. Synonymous've already learned a lot ergugelt, but perhaps someone has experience with a particular tool and what can be recommended.
Purpose: To connect via line-in s.eine PA system, Konzertmitschnitt. We want to shoot with two cameras and the complete concert with the best possible sound quality have. Possibly. Mixed with Kameraton if the rapid volume durchknallt :-))))
Professional solutions for lack of budget is not in question, the tape is still poorer than Wichter myself ;-)

wav just record so you can theoretically even with the windows-wave-recorder (only wav, not mp3).
All programs will be paid to you 100 times more features than you need for pure record. especially if you have the tone afterwards in a video editing program to import and mix with the kameraton want, you have nothing before editing. the few features you will still need (eg mp3 conversion) you have in the video editing program, because then you need not spend extra money.
I would imagine s.deiner any shareware program to fall back, then that is entirely. NEN home I link with list of its programs so I can post later times if you like.

capture to WAV and if it supports the sound card with 16 bit and 48 kHz sampling rate. Then you have the same right for your concert sound recording and nothing more need to convert before it in the video editing program in the timeline is.
MP3 makes s.dieser body like problems. If the above does not set sampling rate (many sound cards are likely "only" deliver 44.1 kHz), then you can use the sound synonymous subsequently convert.

@ Swantje: Windows recorder with me always stops after 60 seconds (on all 4 PCs), the recommendations for freeware hätt synonymous but I like :-), which have already found, like my calculator but not with one thousand things spam.
@ markus: today I am a glüxpilts, the soundcard MAY 48 / 16 :-)) I will try everything once I s.die PA system rankomme.

Unfortunately, this notebook has only a mic input, no line-in! Line-in has so much higher level than mic-in, it would be rich, the audio control is lower (connection s.Line-Out of PA system)? Or what is phonetically as well go? On the domestic unit does it sound, at first hearing it sounds synonymous good, but yes I miss the Comparison.

Do you like, however, consider that from the PA to about 1.5 volts (at +6 DB studio level) during a micro only takes a fraction of them. The Impendazen votes ..... not synonymous
The sound has obviously synonymous its consequences,

Did I just Mark Knopfler "Sailing to Philadelphia" on Mic-in in WAV trial recorded. For my unexperienced Öhrchen the sound is okay, neither boxes nor ear warmers which was overdriven or distorted.

one can indeed do as improvisation, you have to do is very low disqualify. maybe you can s.dem mixing synonymous from the headphone output and go as far as the volume control down until it fits.
