with my Panasonic HDC-SD 707 (Full-HD camcorder), I am very happy because she makes really great shots!
But in quiet passages (eg if I record a theater performance), the noise of the fan can be heard clearly!
Could I stop in the future (eg with a stereo external microphone)? If yes: Which Stereo Microphone would you recommend me as to achieve good sound quality?
It should especially plays and concerts offer a good to very good recording quality. My maximum would be 100 ¬!
Would possibly because the "Panasonic VW-VMS2E Stereo Microphone for camcorder" in question? Or should I would rather take a different microphone?

I do not know your camera itself. But generally, the fact is that the internal mics especially for tape camcorders with hard disks and such record with the internal noise.
There are better cameras, memory cards, unless they have fans. Just like yours.
I would suggest you synonymous, an external micro. I myself have for my Canon XH-A1 with the Sennheiser ME66 (mono). For my Canon HV-20 I use the Rode Stereo Videomic.
For voice recording you will actually mono, for atmosphere (ie, public, etc) rather stereo.
Unfortunately, these external microphones are usually very large, sometimes they look bigger than the camera. Then it may happen that the windscreen of the microphone hanging in front of Lens. That happened to me once synonymous. Meanwhile I've solved that like

The external micro should have a spider. In my Rode is the case.
