| iMovie, Mini-DV and h.264 problem ... 'm desperate ...

Hi,
last 3 days I surf through all the forums and I make test to test. But somehow it is not exactly this, and find no standard answers.
I want to transfer at last our family films of Mini-DV on the Mac and then cut short, bring according to a format (Quicktime or MPEG4 (h264)) around it then watch streamed to the TV (42 inches) (alternative synonymous mal 'ne DVD burn)).
Whatever I do, it always a little jerky. It does not run smoothly. Have already made tens of settings (bsp: mpeg4, h264, 2000-6000 data rate of frame rate, up to date, 25, 30, etc. .. one pass, multiple passes, etc), but somehow it always jerky. No matter if I burn it to DVD or stream.
However, if I take One Magic iDVD, the movies run smoothly ... Only the quality against the other two is modest absolutely ...
I come here not just next. What should I do?? Perhaps you have even the saving idea ?!?!?

What used for a program and what have you for a picture format you use your tapes?
And what do you mean with "stream" in this context?
Will you have a special interface and allows your TV or process such Steams we talk about a normal playback?

Yeah, sorry ....
- Also, Mini-DV, PAL, 4:3 ...
- Program iMovie (synonymous to the mini-DV content to get to the plate) to export, then "deploy, with Quicktime (there mpeg4, h264, 768x576)"
- When to burn iDVD (the option with a click of the tape to DVD) it looks modest, it makes it a distorted 16:9 format, BUT it is running smoothly ...
= Streaming playback. yes Can content stored on the Mac via eg Connect360 on the Xbox360 on the TV play .... I mean only with streaming ...
Panasonic Full HD TV ... because if I just tried the option Intelligent Frame Creation "A" in places, it looks like liquid ... Like the option but not so happy and the bad things iDVD see liquid from synonymous without this option ...
I have now all taken into account??
