Is it a function of the DVC spec that does not allow true 24.00 fps? ... and to really show my ignorance , why is NTSC 59.94 fields per second, again ? ( & not 60 fields per second ) Something to do with our hydro being generated/rectified at less than a true 60 cycles, I'm guessing ?
