This question goes to Matthew Jeppsen on his blog FreshDV. Ultimately, it depends on the image result and not the size or amenities of the camera - here seem to all agree, at least on the part of the video producers. But Jeppsen points to the perspective of some customers for whom, in his opinion, entirely understandable means higher = professional. Another link goes to the "24" protagonist Kiefer Sutherland, who reportedly said that he is not against small cameras bring the same performance as before a Panaflex. So how important is "good appearance" for a camera?
