The result is mixed: on the one hand a very good picture quality, excellent color reproduction, the possibility of conventional photographic lenses and to the designs using the adjustable depths (un) sharpness - but only recordings in 720p instead of FullDH/1080p and only 24p (problematic during rapid movement), no autofocus, no reasonable possibility of audio record and a generally cumbersome operation in video mode. Conclusion: really interesting films are only for the future digital SLR cameras, which will be more mature and less of the disadvantages (without equal as expensive as the Canon EOS 5D Mark to be).
