Frage von Wallaby:S.alle Hello!
I have an urgent problem:
1080p recorded, the Project created and cut. Now there are some settings in the "zoom in" I want - which so far really should not be a problem as the output format (for web) are 920x552 is (I will export so later from the Avid a QT and then the file with the Adobe media encoder get into the right format).
Our official Avidsupport says that is not generally possible with Avid because the Project with the Resolutionherunterkonvertiert. A friendly editor said, but now that she has just done it - there is probably a trick (Project convert, create, calculate, convert, etc.) (herunterzukonvertieren or when integrated into the SD Project NOT) for the HD aufzuskalieren loss ... Unfortunately, she forgot how exactly giung and the person who betrayed her the trick I do not reach :-(
Reluctantly, I would go the way of AE, because of all the calculation ...
Is somewhat clear what I mean? 1000000000000 Thanks for any help !!!!!!!!!!!

I do this in Adobe Premiere.
Entering a project in the output size (eg 576 / 720 PAL).
HDV material import. This must already be reduced to about 54%, then it has exactly the place.
Up to 70% - 80% reduction can zoom in me. Towards 100%, it will get is noticeably blurred. Depends but certainly of the HD Camera at how sharp that receives (Full HD or HDV only).

@ Wallaby
Instead of a zoom lens, put it a suitable CROP, then you have no interpolation losses.
