Hello, there's your source material when something went wrong. Each video file has a header in which the PAR is. This header appears on your footage for any reason not to be correct, so that Premiere does not understand him.
You can do the following: In the Project window, select all the clips, then right click on it and Interpret Footage to 1.422. Thus, all the clips to be adjusted in one go.
