My mind is a color scale corresponding to the spectrum before (left deep red, deep blue on the right),
about which I have put a curve in a deep red as a high value, down to yellow drops
And when Green goes to zero. Unfortunately, I only know Adobe Premiere Elements and
a bit of Sony Vegas Pro.
That should fix underwater filming.
Of course, the dynamic range of the red component increases with increasing

In Vegas Pro: Take the filter "Color Curves". It would be better but probably a filter chain from the "Color Corrector (Secondary)" for each individual wavelength adjustable.
