which is better 421 or MD sennheiser ME66 Since the MD 421, I do not know from personal experience, I can not say. Nor in Comparison to the ME66, which I often use.
I do not think that (this directional microphone suited by virtue of the sensitivity for structure-borne sound) for interviews is. Or is synonymous ein / e EB-Assistent/in with Tonangel and spiders to be here?

The VX2100 is no phantom power available, the microphone must therefore can support themselves (eg ME66 with K6 power adapter) on battery power.

How much money you want to spend?
At least use my favorite Sennheiser MKE 300 (about Jack) 130 ¬, then for me Beyerdynamic MCE 86 S II CAM (Jack), 86 II (XLR with phantom power) or 86 S zb II (without XLR phantom power - usable (with adapter) . VX 2100, XL 1S or Pana DVC 60). Elastic suspension EA 86 is then synonymous duty. ca 270-370 ¬
Next class, as mentioned Sennheiser K 6 with ME 66 - just around 400 ¬.
Older ala Micro Audio Technica AT 815 & 835 B would be synonymous worth price of one reflection.
When too much money then Sennheiser MKH 70 P 48 - is half as expensive as the camera - at its finest ...
