I recorded my video with Premiere of my camera now but when I look at the movies recorded with the Media Player, it has horrible black tufted in picture when something moves. What is the reason my computer is slow or the drivers wrong?
How can I change this?

Hello,
You watch interlaced video on a progressive working computer monitor. If the player performs no deinterlacing during playback, then you see streaks in motion picture content.
