I looked around the internet and found that it is the predecessor of H4N, the H4 is reported to have apparently been problems with battery operation with a pipe.
H4N have a recorder and I noticed that there is strange noise. You can hear the writing on the SD Card.
It comes with better recording quality even further disturbances.
Maybe someone can hear the sound - very funny. The device makes me crazy ... : (;

PS: There is no microphone cable still connected to STE-16. STE-14 at 6.5 times a jack was plugged.

Except for a uniform noise I can hear no other abnormal noise. There are no electronics, which is entirely free of noise. Demo Examples would be better connected with Microphone.

Studio 16 is not good because it does what hardly hear it. Is because the recording level (intentionally) was only to 1.
Recording at 14 may be, provided that the headphones are on full volume, exercise abnormal noises.
Maybe you can listen to you again. Sure, that noise is normal, that's not me. Mean the high pitched noise. :)
