Infoseite // wmv file studio11 dvix

Frage von otnemem:

hello!
have a wmv. film with pinnacle studio 11 plus edited the approximately 110min long.
then I wanted the film as a divx file that has everything super geklappt synonymous.
why did studio11 plus two divx files creates a gb with 3.7 and then with 646 mb.
the film is complete with the two files.
another question, my lg dvd rec. dvix can play as normal I get the file to 3.7gb dvd in iso format.
if I do file on dvd in udf format recognizes the lg dvd no more.
THANK YOU
LG Michael Hofmann

The files may be split, because your file system and not FAT32 or NTFS. Under the size of FAT32 is limited to 4 GB (

For hard disks, the FAT (about 5 a.m. to 8 a.m.%) deducted drum has a 400 GB disk only about 380

jaaaeeiiiiinnnn, "When FAT 32 is the root of a variable size (...)" (osArtikel in Wikipedia).
See synonymous http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte, da ist das Phänomen der unterschiedlichen Byte-Angaben sehr schön erklärt, z.B.:
"SI-compliant: 1 kilo = 1,000 units, 1 mega = 1,000,000 units, 1 gigabyte = 1,000,000,000 units, etc.
Frequent use of Bytes: 1 kilo = 1,024 units, 1 mega = 1,048,576 units, 1 gigabyte = 1,073,741,824 units, etc. "
(ie, it expects the operating system, it can not be expected to conform SI)
and
"However, use the Manufacturer of hard disks and DVD media, the standard SI prefixes to the capacity of their products indicated. Hence, for example, the problem is that with" 4.7 GB "excellent DVD disc by the operating system with the formal differences value of "4.38 GB" recognized. "
In other words, fit on a DVD only a 4.38 GB large file.
The figures always refer to the unformatted media, so - and now you have right again - proves the FAT of the real capacity in bytes after formatting once a part.

@ Andreas_Kiel!
my filesystem is ntsf.
have the files synonymous with nero to burn a normal dvd in udf iso format because it was not because of one big file which is 3.9gb.
my burner is a double-layer, if I file the size is 3.9 gb on a double-layer medium, it will burn as the iso format or burned in Auckland udf?
my lg hd dvd recorder does not recognize the written udf dvds. that's my problem.

THANK YOU

Nice that the Wikipedia is declared but beautiful to look at the explorer reaches ggf synonymous.

Otherwise, I'll check with Gspot What What is now, because large 3.9 GB DivX are rather rare.

When you take UDF system recorder version 2.0 of the rule while at other DVDs with 1:02 on the page is secure.
UDF 1.5 is for data.

The correct format would be DVD-ROM (iso), would you like Nero synonymous offer, once you start it. The "Express" versions of Nero should be able. This was with Single Layer / Double Layer then synonymous nothing to do.
But that the size angemeckert is probably related to ISO 9660 allows for a maximum of 2 GB (one of the reasons why video on DVD, several VOB files with a maximum size of these exist).
How would it solves, I know, unfortunately, not synonymous. I already have a similar "large" on my DivX player Xoro, without any problems. The but is synonymous as "omnivorous" known.
Maybe somebody has a hint how to make a DivX with standards at 2 GB snippets splits?

That's just his problem! His players do not like UDF ...

One should not believe everything you read to get.

for example, changing with DivX Player 3.7 GB or the UDF does not want.

In my opinion, because what went wrong.

And finally

DivX HD (larger 512 x 384) are obviously not synonymous.
