With its Moza Air Gimbals, the Chinese gimbal manufacturer Gudsen made a name for itself as a manufacturer of particularly light gimbal. With the Moza Air X, Gudsen now presents (like before Zhiyun with the much discussed Zhiyun Crane 3 Lab) a "handle gimbal" with multiple grip options:
The specs for the Gudsen Moza Air X read quite impressively. The Moza Air X has a load capacity of 6 kg at a weight of only 1.4 kg and should last 20 hours with one battery charge. For comparison: The Ronin S from DJI, which we tested at here together with the EOS C200, has a load capacity of 3.6 kg at 1.86 kg net weight.
One of the reasons for the impressive low weight is probably the production of the Moza Air X case in carbon. Other functions include: Removable thumb controller, 2" touch screen, trackball operation, rotary wheel for remote focus, 2.4G wireless control and a Mimic Motion Control.
The Gudsen Air X should be available in Q1 2019 - a price has not yet been announced.
