As early as 2016, the Litra team successfully financed the LitraTorch LED microlight via kickstarter - now the second project is also financed after a short time: the new mobile LitraPro. The clip-on luminaire delivers up to 1200 lumens of light output and, according to Litra, is the world's first Bi-Color Full Spectrum Mini LED luminaire.
The LitraPro has a robust aluminium housing and is waterproof, it can be used up to a water depth of 30 metres. The color temperature can be freely adjusted between 3000K and 6000K - the maximum brightness is 1200 lumens (675 lux at 1 meter distance) and can be adjusted from 0-100%. The colour rendering index is an excellent 95 CRI. Radiation is emitted at an angle of 70°.
The light measures 70mm x 50mm x 30mm and is flicker-free at all shutter angles. It is operated either by the integrated buttons with OLED display or via Bluetooth via App (iOS/Android) with whose help both the brightness and the colour temperature can be adjusted. Up to 7 lights can be remotely controlled via the app. Power is supplied by a built-in lithium-ion battery.
A LitraPro light weighs 170g and costs 145 dollars - in the official sale it will be 220 dollars later. A DSLR shoe mount is included, but there are also 1/4 20 holes at the bottom and side of the case for additional mounting options. A similar model is the Amaran M9 by Aputure.
