As early as
as of September 2021, Atomos& compact 5" HDR monitor recorder Ninja V is capable of recording ProRes RAW via HDMI when paired with the Sony Alpha 7S III. Now Atomos has released the AtomOS 10.64 firmware update for the Ninja V, which makes it possible to use the white balance, ISO/exposure offset camera settings metadata embedded in ProRes RAW recordingsin Final Cut Pro.

The firmware update to
AtomOS 10.63 enabled this with recordings from the Sony A1, FX3 and Panasonic BGH1 and Sigma fp cameras. According to Atomos, metadata support for ProRes RAW recordings is also coming soon for Adobe&s Premiere Pro.
