Anyone waiting for the Sony Alpha 7 V should keep next Tuesday afternoon free. Because at 3 p.m., Sony is teasing the new presentation of an Alpha product – and isn&t that a very large V in the background?
We had already reported on the upcoming full-frame camera in October (regarding rumored specifications)[link to article]. According to this, the sensor resolution of the A7V is said to remain at 33MP, although one can probably hope for a newer and partially stacked sensor. Allegedly, an AI chip like the one in the A1II is also supposed to be installed – where an independent co-processor is known to be responsible for a whole range of performance improvements, such as in the AF system.

According to the very latest rumor specs, Sony seems to have improved the stabilization performance of the IBIS (8 stops) in the generation 5. Video recording is said to be done up to 4K/60p via oversampling again. What else is new will probably be revealed on Tuesday.
