V-mount batteries, fully charged in just 20 minutes, 3,000 charging cycles loosely protruding and only minimally depleting when charged? These were the promising promises of the HyperChargeBatteries presented for the NAB 2017 which should have been released in the next two months, i. e. in August 2017, at a price per unit of 800 dollars (for the 130 kWh version). But since then, there is no new information on the product website and nowhere else on the net is it mentioned. Apparently we haven't delivered yet -- there are delays, but our current request by email has not been answered yet.
We wonder what is the reason - unexpected difficulties in production? Was there a patent suit? Problems with Trademark Law (Asus uses a HyperCharge Battery for his Smartwatches)? Was it all just a scam? But then there would be angry comments on the net from linked buyers or court protocols - but nothing. Did one of the HyperCharge batteries pre-ordered by our readers at that time and knows more? Who can remember other promising and interesting products that have been announced and then died without sound or sound?
