Question of Fuxsberger:
November 2010

Hi,
have a little problem and hope I can help someone?
I did in After Effects CS3 ne composition built in which I let images (photos in jpg) cross once run through the Picture.
About the ODO time so set a speed curve that the pictures only begin to walk slowly and softly ... then towards the end but are getting faster!
The whole thing is created at 1920x1080 in progressive fashion. With square pixels.

After I have now rendered with H264 codec and 15Mbit and 20Mbit maximum bit rate target, the pictures but not quite soft but somehow always jerk so easy through Picture ... Someone you an idea of where there might be the problem?

Would be very pleased about info very ...

Reply Mylenium:

Well, as usual - for high data rate and / or missing hardware acceleration using Graffikarte and / or slack CPU. Pick what ever and then after the solution to - nidrigere data rate, another player that configure system accordingly ....

Reply Fuxsberger:

hmmm actually it can not be all ... because if the images are run through the bidl then it switches to normal video and running properly and smoothly through !!!!!!

It is only in the animated gif's so that the run a bit choppy!!

all the problems you mentioned with it are not safety !!!!!!

Reply Mylenium:

Well it's haste simply encourages inappropriate, so maybe wrong frame rate of the comp or you made the stupid mistake that the distances match the keyframes not frame rate, so the images move too fast and jump so apparent, because the differences of Picture of Picture are simply too great. This happens especially in straight motion and without motion blur, because there is just nothing there that of distracting diesme phenomenon. Mathematics and technically all correct, just run only unfavorable. So flick motion blur, increase the distances and moving images in gentle curves ...
