Dear Professionals,
how can I get movies on DVD format inexpensively, easily and independently in av files or mov files convert? Is there special software? And if so, what? Thanks for a useful answer.

Only KOPIERGESCHÜTZTEN ... Some Manufacturer save in the knowledge of the uselessness of the majority of procedures are now the license costs.

I wish just synonymous's have mentioned. ;-)
I sounded "media service" to commercial uses as synonymous and the right to a private copy no more. no preference as to whether or not copy-protected. and verwursten (no preference whether to use in their own projects and / or change) is prohibited for commercial anyway.
if only self dvds ripped and converted to be some of the data is obsolete and can be ignored. ;-)

A simple, free, legal way to Avi (Divx / Xvid) to convert would be:
1) Vobs to hard drive copy
2) those with AutoGK (http://www.autogk.me.uk/index.php) convert
Copy-protected DVDs can of course not so easy to bring hard drive (because of copy protection), and tools to sort, are not mentioned here synonymous.
