No worry. Car plates are not personal data. There is absolutely no need to film in a normal car number plates made anonymous. This is done only when the video with the motorway police car is on and people in their films violations. BTW: You do not "scene", but "Scenes".

That is not quite true. To include personal data, according to current literature indirectly synonymous license plates. Whether large or small with expenses related to a person on a vehicle number plates manufactured, is not finally resolved.
After about the Data Protection Act NRW license plates belong to the personal data, because it is "(...) specific information about personal or material circumstances (...)" individual acts.
The Federal Privacy Act, it would: "(...) Personal information is information about personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (interested parties). (...)" (§ 3 BDSG).
According to § 4 BDSG collection, processing and use of personal data without the consent of the parties once banned. Exception: if "(...) no evidence of that vast legitimate interests of stakeholders affected. (...)"

I would say: "it depends":
If you rotate a movie "the 100 greatest simpletons and mentally in the road", the indicator should be verpixelt course (that you would have the advantage, not even a script to do, it is one hours drive motorway with continuous camera ...). In this case, an interest in the vehicle, not to millions of audience on RTL recognized to be extremely high. (The interest is not synonymous of the patrol car video to be recognized, would be synonymous very high, but träte behind the interest of law enforcement of course back ;-)
If you "the 100 most beautiful cities in Germany" turn, could be the passing or parked cars as "merely an accessory" look, similar to the people in the picture around as an accessory (which is synonymous here a few threads, keyword "legal personality" ). Who his vehicle in the public road space to move or situation, you must stop to reckon that it is synonymous ever, as such an accessory in the film appears (and is synonymous to "only" a private video).
If you turn a feature film, the indicator should probably synonymous rather than an accessory to be seen. Did you but a Hauerei in the script, and is a spectacular front bumper of a (indicator) to the ground, it would probably be advisable, before the car / crew vehicle to rotate.
Show-propelled vehicles in the background are the hallmarks of resolution anyway probably not readable ...
Furthermore, it is synonymous for individuals easy, s.die a vehicle keeper details to come ...

Andreas

PS: This is not legal advice and only provides a personal assessment of problem!

Reply GuitarRy:

cheers,

erstmal s.euch a big thank you for the help!

It is nunmal so that my team and I make a film shoot and just nunmal in the scene (English scenes =) cars around in the background.
The film has nothing to do with traffic or "simpletons and mentally in the road" to do.
It is probably more coincidence then that a mark so just in the background is visible.
gruß
