Question of ralph68:
Januar 2007

Hallo erstmal, am new and happy coincidence on this page to gestosis sen.
I have the same times as a question:

I have an elderly SonyTVR 130-Digital8 camera (ie not really a proper Digital, the only so called, has yet cassette).

Now I would like the movies on CD or DVD bring.
So, I (unknowingly) on my firewire camera and Windows Movie Maker on the film together. (I have all the differences in quality of testing Movie Maker and do relatively little difference).

Then I pass that s.Nero and is doing a VCD of it.
All I would like to Television (DVD player) watch.
The quality is so Mies but that it is blurred and pixelated and I get my old Videorekaorder again herbeisehne .-)

If I have a Super Nero VideoCD wants, let Nero (7) a chargeable upgrade for MPEG2 have :-((. But whether what brings?, My movies come in WMV.

Please what do I need a program (application program and burning) that gives me good results and that easy to use.

Bin s.verzweifeln ...... Set me as the whole of Sunday and then crap out.

(or should I buy a digital video camera, the better?)

Thank you for your help
Ralph68

It's digital! The recording medium is tape, but with the recording has nothing to do with art (they could well ;-) on diskettes, punch cards, etc. to record ...

You should see your movie as a DV-AVI (PAL) and then save as synonymous DVD output. Nero 6 can do very nicely.

Hello Ralph,

to understand what was wrong, look at Wikipedia article on the times the video CD (VCD) DVD-Video
BTW: A stroke of luck that the digital recordings of your Digital8 camcorder so easy to edit. With an oh-so-modern hard disks or DVD camcorder you're probably not even up to the Movie Maker came! ;-)
