Images stabilize

Question of Sukili:
Juli 2010

Hi,

from a moving car I've done with the EX3 shots. most of the pictures are quiet. Sometimes, due to the auto-fluctuating movements varies Picture (with potholes or uneven road, or especially in the area (roads, etc.).

Who can give me advice on how these wobbler / fluctuations can be compensated.

I made a trial basis with SmoothCam (Final Cut Pro), or "stabilization" in Motion attempts, however, were not the results so far not so good, usable. I particularly noticed that s.Strassenrand after using double images (in the branches of trees or in grass)
arose, therefore, is actually a deterioration.

Perhaps this is but synonymous s.fehlerhafter application of filters on my part. As I said, I know these filters are not enough.

Can anyone give a good tip, this is my success?
Thanks in advance.

SmoothCam is the best tool for this. You'd have to play with the values for scaling, translation and rotation a bit. Because it's too complex tracking, is unfortunately the only keyframebare parameters of the "Mix". be two degradations occur:

a.) The video will have to be scaled. As auflösungsstärkster camcorder in its price range (here is not the nominal Resolutiongemeint, Quick Search "The Hairdresser"), it urges one to FullHD with the EX, but rarely needed more than 720p. And even a scaled by a few percent is FullHD - especially in a pan or similar - Do not interfere with next.

b) Perspective shifts to "rubber" are. Can not currently formulating better because I've not before me, but very wide-angle tracking shots create this rolling-shutter-like warping. Then a chance.

A uniformly unstable movement resembles SmoothCam out better than anyone could ever own manual or other software as it could. A slightly fluctuating Steadicam recording is with a click of a rail Dollyfahrt. The problem are "outliers", the last one or two frames when all the track points to suddenly put themselves tens of coordinates (pothole). You can try rauszuschneiden these individual frames to export the clip in the timeline with i + o select, as a separate clip to import and then re-apply SmoothCam. Driving up the work, try free.

In any case, you should SmoothCam apply only to a re-imported clip, as more generally the entire clip and not the timeline Choice is analyzed.

Hello Axel,
thanks for your very good versions. I will then try.

Right now I have another problem. To write like a new topic (LifeType). Since you so obviously a specialist on the topic are, you've probably synonymous to a helpful answer.
