| Increasingly poor image quality now synonymous with the ÖR?

Hi,
mistaken because I am now, or is this perception correct: synonymous with cable connection the picture quality is always bad? DVB-T I'm a lot s.Artefaktbildung and "Bildschwenkgrieseln" usual, but lately I find the increasingly synonymous with cable reception on!
We have Sunday evening, for example, "Håkan Nesser (ARD) seen. In dark scenes heavy blocks of education and sometimes even overturn colors. Looked like something like this with super-duper-extra-Very-long play record, very very bad ...
