This can only be limited. MPG is by definition already kleingemachtes video. As already steveb wrote,'s remains are still relatively large. There are three approaches that you can combine: a) Unnecessary scenes rausschneiden b) Change the image size - of around 720x 576 to 320 times 240th c) with a more efficient codec than MPEG (approximately evaporate next DivX).
Write it how big your original video is (image size, duration, size, soundtrack) and how big should be the final file. If you want to send the whole email, you can forget it's synonymous, however: With ten MB's conclusion - and this goes synonymous with aggressive compression only for a few minutes of video.
