| Music protagonists and contracts

HI,
I just shoot a documentary about young and backing this film exclusively with local bands and artists from this region. 1. someone gave me music and contracts available for this fall. gema is not relevant, or?
2. I still need contracts for the protagonists, some of whom are under 18 - Must be addressed because the parents whether it can ever show? and who has given me tips and templates ...

1. With the bands / artistic closes you normal usage contracts, which allow the respective works for your production (no preference in which they evaluated Unfang will) be used.
2. Lasse Dir of their respective owners / artists confirm the Music "GEMA-free". There are several examples on the net to download. Then you're against the GEMA on the secure page.
3. Close portrait of the participants with contracts / waiver statements s.and pay an additional small symbolic fee (see § 22 KUG synonymous: "The consent is in doubt as issued when the component that he could depict a remuneration received). The detailed formulations have to be adapted to your needs. Are the bands (composers), whose music you want to use, any member of the GEMA?
