Hello,
I have recently received the of nv-gs230 panasonic increased.
I then with the enclosed software (Sweet Movie Life 1.0) USB 2.0 via a recorded body had captured, I was with the quality of the clips are not quite satisfied.
now my question:
how can the quality be improved?
it is perhaps better if you have a firewire cable used for?
or is there a better capture program?
when the resolution is always 720x576 capture !???????
I think somewhere it must be a more expensive camera but synonymous better quality, than, for example, my old (vp of samsung-W90)!?

The first thing you should look Gspot times with what you as ever searched for a Viedeo,
s.PC of course those famous Interlacerstreifen,
and firewire is the better solution if necessary.

They are manufactured differently, or scanned (transfer of the film in the data form).

... if you are using USB capture, you must do not be surprised, this is crap, is synonymous yes on the package / instructions: via USB streaming is only possible (if there are at least).
Take a FireWire cable and an intelligent software that is synonymous freeware.

exactly, only with cable and a firewire dv-avi on the computer. takes a lot of space, but you want synonymous yes "much more" qualified. then all go bad.

That's true for the vast majority of MiniDV camcorders, in this case, however, is this statement - said with all due respect - nonsense. The GS230 features high speed USB 2, can thus be synonymous in the original digital video quality transmitted (which is synonymous in the above media file-wiki). The fact that the Firewire is way better overall, it is - quality and size are the same.

The "capture" (dubbing on the computer) is a pure 1:1-copy process in which digital data can not be changed. It's worse is - intentionally and unintentionally - always, but no preference whether Firewire or USB: A better result than the camcorder, still comes on the calculator is simply not on.

These programs I do not know, but if so your video as a DV-AVI with 720x576 pixels on the calculator will land, then everything is okay.
