| Preferences for transitions Save

Premiere Hi Xperts, I thank you for your help schonmal.
Following problem:
I need 3 default transition, white with 5 frames, 10 frames with black and soft with 25 frames.
I use this constantly, and although all three, so I will not always change the default Überblenund.
In Final Cut you can save these settings and drag the Favorites folder to the timeline.
Is this in any way in Premiere Pro?
I know that it goes with effects, but in transitions is "Save Template" grayed out ...
Even a "is definitely not" would help me so that I can stop looking for it ...
