Question of Urmelmama:

Hello,

I would buy myself like to have a camcorder, so far's I have the panasonic nv-gs and 250 of the gz-mc 500 of jvc done.

I am a beginner, therefore, still have very little experience. mostly I have some doubt about the miniDV cassette. A hard drive where I can directly select the individual clips, and would have eliminated the annoying Winding-so-my thoughts quite well.

It must not unbeding 3CCD, but a high duty Resolutionist ...:-) With the JVC I had always sent the clips to your PC, so it is only a 4gb medium, a second for me would be 2gb max. How siehts actually made with the compatibility with the Jvc, here one has to hear some horror stories in the forum. Regarding second battery then I would need synonymous Council because of the price.

Thanks

Reply Udo Schröer:

Mini Dv is certainly the best choice here, movies are recorded in DV Avi. After this you can cut if the DV camera is back in play. A High Resolutionbringt limited somewhat because the Resolutionvon Pal at 720 X 576 pixels is limited. Better still would be a 3 CCD camera with 450,000 pixels each approx. is of course a question of price.

Yes, the Panasonic would have to VOTE.

Very good quality and test results. JVC is just as good.

Hello,

Well, the JVC has bribed me because of the small design and the direct compression ... This is indeed faster then certainly synonymous rüberspielen to the PC? The Resolutionist halt synonymous better again ...
Is not the hard drive technology more comfortable? And you could simply cut these clips into the editing programs such as the Dvs?

Thanks

Reply Nightfly!:

The Resolutionist for 720x576 video.
ALSO at the JVC!

The small design is nice but keep himself in the hand and reach the buttons is better. Testing.

The dubbing may be faster but does not have. ('ve Seen nothing about this)

So in standard definition DV recording as MPEG2 is a totally stupid idea. There are mini-DV cassettes for up to 80min. DV enable recording synonymous and that was really never a major problem. As long as the Manufacturer does not provide for the possibility of a normal computer (not recorded MPEG2) with high quality hard drive, but rather to make advertising 22 years to be able Stückaufzeichnen MPEG2 s.einem, I would take those boxes of Abtand. Accordingly, I would be more of the above Cams synonymous NV-GS suggest 250th The NV-GS 400 still offers some nice features, more pro-like.

Hello "Guest"

MiniDV is an established recording format, tape is a mature and durable product available MiniDV camcorder via firewire port s.jedem Calculator, the images can easily of any popular video editing program (such as the standard on Win XP Movie Maker) installed be edited .. . And then next. ;-)

Even DVD camcorders have been critical: the highly compressed and nested (MPEG2 - editing) data for many users is no joy here, and provides all sorts of questions - often without a happy ending.

I can only guess what NOT: No. Of Canon! Since I have purchased a 800th - ¬ camcorder, after 3 weeks he was) broken (head in the bucket. Then I realized that they have caught a "Monday device" I asked Canon, given the brevity of the Verschleisszeit to rescission, not to repair. Canon refused to repaired. This time the camera was full 2 weeks. But this time, Canon synonymous refused to tread. This game has the original as long as (4 pulled through!) Until the warranty had expired. Since I have ruined several professional applications in this way, which had thousands of dollars damage resulted, I can view this brazen "customer service" just a guess: FINGER AWAY FROM CANON!
