| Question on Optics: Lindenstrasse <-> man Markus

Hello Slashcam users
I would be interested to know how the "optics" in television series such as Man Markus, Six Pack, etc. Two Funny produced. The movements are easily "washed out", softer and warmer than eg in the Lindenstrasse (which looks rather like it rotated with miniDV). In making-OFS can be seen that the raw material of this sketch shows synonymous Lindenplatz streets look has, therefore, I will assume that the effect in post-production is produced. How does it work?

One solution is for example a Dupikat from the original with a slight blur and then built with a certain amount of transparency involved in the original. It then has both the sharp edges from the original as synonymous some blur effect in the Picture
