2) to a video, I'd say classic, can give Super 8 style

Hi Nannie,
It has become common in the art now that the video films is still a relatively expensive hobby, if such it operates seriously. With the slogan "greed is good" because you come not very far.
On 1) I find the Canopus ADVC-300, which features among others a TBC and a noise filter. The price for this lies with currently 377 EUR (; www.digitalschnitt.de). Regarding 2) I remember the (no charge) a search of this forum. With 3) and 4) I know my not so sure it has someone else has a (no charge) response.

To "2)":
Super 8 of course means a deterioration of the computer equipment. There is a plugin called Cinelook of Digieffects that creates it, but you like it so dear for nothing. I feel the same way and so I've downloaded the trial version, which generates rendering Störbalken colorful, but still helps to understand how the filter works and it be programmed in Effect or Editing rebuild. Ulead I do not know, but I can not describe to you how you must adjust the DV material:
1. Add Grain. Super 8 has a clearly visible, "dancing" photo grain. With Grain filter (; the opposite of "smoothing") with about 4%. provided.
2. Gamma set up, by eye (; already looks the same from to film).
3. High saturation limit, if, even color correction of red or blue, depending on whether you want to imitate Kodak or Agfa.
4. Poor image as imitate. Super 8 has only one perforation per frame that is dragged in most cameras only with a claw through the picture window. Therefore, such a slip, twice per second frame down a bit, the image looks shaky. You'd have the DV-scale image slightly and move the motion control and then when a frame slightly.
5. 4:3 mask with rounded corners all over the place material.
The last two points need not be, they are possibly too much of a good thing. If your program allows, you can save this filter combination as a favorite, then you do not always apply several steps.
