"let me entertain you" as background music for his training video
could use. My information is only obtained for GEMA fees

How is it in the channels with your Docus GEMA Music store? Questions then synonymous with every song after the publisher? Rather not. The GEMA have a package which they pay off (at least in public).

Thus it is - as rightly said - the publisher to ask permission. GEMA is this anyway (if publicly presents).

That's the difference: The sender must not seek Benutzugsrecht, but only a lump sum pay s.die Gema.
