Hi,
would like to here a few times sometimes frustrating experiences synonymous post.

The collections offered on Ebay are terrible. When you listen to some example titles, I was totally distraught and had thought that surely can not be taken seriously.

Because every single song will cost money, but the fees are very variable and of many factors (usBudget the film) dependent.
That way you can be in small productions, a lot of money saved.
The quality is mixed up well. Some pieces are very nice and especially many bands instead of one-man show at Geklimper Synthi, keyboard and sequencer.
Who knows something better, please register here. It's about quality music and not about any provider to call the Gema-free music offers. Of this fact there are hundreds.

With SmartSound, there are actually quite strong evidence for the albums, which albums GEMA are free and what problems could make!
Go to their website, because you can trial synonymous hear all the albums. Each song from an album Gema-free then yes you can download separately.

The whole thing with sound smart but I was not completely released.
The following response from SmartSound Support, I have to problems with the Gema receive:
All of the SmartSound music can be legally used, and GEMA does not have the right to collect royalties on any of those songs. That has always been the case, and continues to be the case. We had a legal case in Germany for several years trying to clarify everything with GEMA, however they are not easy to work with. Any songs on the list that are listed as "royalty free in Germany" are ones that GEMA has officially recognized s.royalty-free. That means that, should you use those songs, GEMA should find those songs registered in their database and know that no money is due for the use of those songs. The other songs are ones that GEMA will not list in their system s.royalty-free (usually because they have other songs by the same composer who do they collect royalties for).
That said, I did hear from one customer that they still attempted to bill him for songs they know they should not be billing for. So with GEMA, you just never know what they might do. They seem to bill first and deal with any questions later.
Our position remains the same: GEMA does NOT have the rights to collect royalties on any songs that we sell. I have personally worked with every German customer who has contacted me regarding a bill (for any songs, not just the ones marked 'royalty free') and I have always been able to have the bill dismissed. Should you ever receive a bill from GEMA, please contact me immediately and I will assist you.
The reason we do not advertise many of our songs s.royalty-free in Canada and list them as "not free license" is because we know they are not on GEMA's list. That does not mean you do not have the rights to use the music, it just means that you might be hassled by GEMA if you do. And since we do not want our customers bothered, we have chosen to warn you in advance (now that we know the situation) before purchasing so you are aware of the situation. So, I can not guarantee that I will be able to get GEMA to drop a bill in the future. Although I've always been successful in the past, they are extremely difficult to deal with and I can not guarantee the same results in the future.
We continue to try to work with GEMA to get all of our songs listed s.royalty-free with them, and I hope in the future we will be able to get information from them that will help make this easier for everyone.

We had SmartSound of a list of FREE GEMA / GEMA NOT FREE s.der we had guided.

GEMA - always nice and makes all her name, earned over decades, honor ;-) Not that I generally low GEMA would appreciate, is sometimes necessary and right, but a little too bissl "zeal", they seem to remain to be.

Do you have a list of materials with Smart Sound, which is NOT as "royalty free" in Germany and is still (after verification) Gema-free? How could you look at the respective gear to Canossa, or audit by the GEMA perhaps a little easier and to show them that the title already GEMA-free run. If what you did, it would be great if you tell us the list could be available.

Did I really ever mentioned that I GEMA think sucks?
I will in the future the music themselves, Reason 3.0 and thousands of samples I have bought some time ago and I recently increasingly busy times. This makes it much better results than one for most Gema-Freie providers will offer.

I can only recommend any program. For more complex items such as rock, hard rock or classical music on I Tunes Magna, which m. E. really an excellent selection of music possess.

Even if you do burn yourself, a release is necessary, strictly speaking, synonymous already s.1 piece. It does not matter whether the DVD will be sold or given away.

Quite rightly, no preference whether you even can copy or paste. Any reproduction is subject to the GEMA game. In stamping plants it is the common practice with the "GEMA exemption" halt only really obvious ;-)
For free DVDs (ie "Promo" in the jargon GEMA), there are requirements for small-GEMA a minimum amount of EUR 0.0265 per song per DVD, if you are not in the calculation mode drüber come. Tip: the world is a Guhgl!
Moreover, it is worth noting that the use of GEMA subject material is not only the GEMA exemption, but the authors predict synonymous exemption on each occasion. That means you have besides the GEMA fees schlimmstensfalls a license fee paid s.den rights holders, but at least its consent OK - what mintunter can be very pointless.
Generally, I believe, however, the practice of stamping themselves as quasi-executive arm of the GEMA to commit wrong. Some stamping write "they would be obliged to collect waivers.
