| Time Lapse and Normal mixing time

Hello,
I have 2 video recordings from the same perspective. One of the two images is a time lapse, the other has normal speed. The time-lapse recording shows a hall with many people in the course of a day. The other is only one person in this hall herumläuft.
Now I would like these two recordings mix. It is nothing but transparent. The objective is a recording of the hall in which everything except this one person in a Time Lapse expires.
