Weitwinkel - Fisheye?

Wide Angle - Fisheye?

Question of Chezus:
August 2009

Brauch just your opinion (and I think that's again what B.deKid)

for my Letus Extreme / EX 1 setup I already have the following lenses
Nikon 35mm f2
Nikon 50mm f1.2
Nikon 85mm f1.4

and now need a good wide AngleObjektiv in 2 weeks since I got a job in Austria, where some nice time lapse recordings with a lot of scenery would not be bad.

First of all: I'm not a fan of fisheye lenses.
Just thought s.ein Nikon 20mm 2.8
Can you recommend me a couple of Lenses?

Reply Lichtathlet:

The 20mm 2.8 is ne useful lens, since you fokussierst manual anyway but I would not have the AF-D but take the older version AiS. Which is better in terms of imaging performance and convenient.
Alternatively, the Tamron 17-35mm 2.8-4 ok that is recorded in almost like a 17mm fisheye, zoom through the leaves but well controlled.

Reply B.DeKid:

Jup so is it the 20 mm actually sufficient vollstens. Everything up to 16 mm wide angle is actually still Optimum are 20 to 24 mm there is the least distortion.

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?ci=0&shs=manual+ Focus & sb = ps & pn = 1 & sq = desc & Initial search = yes & O = jsp% 2Fproductlist.jsp & A = search & Q =* & bhs = t

List of all manual focus lenses at B & H, since one can always dreamed kucken ;-)

Reply Chezus:

I think the network somehow does not compare images of Lenses
Most show only the distortion via chart and photos of various buildings, where you just can not make out how far away from the model, photographer, etc.

Do you have a link where you as the difference between
a Nikon 16mm, 20mm, 28mm and 35mm looks?
Everyone should just take pictures of the same motive and not
1x skyscraper
1x Statue
1x Lake
1x Landscape

've been through all the reviews on Photo Zone;)

Reply B.DeKid:

I can serve you just so

Is really ne good description of the WW and function fisheye .... ok refers to the "Russian pieces," but it does illustrate very well the whole

So always be my one 19 -35 mm lens on it Voigtlaender with the lens is the best I ever had no preference whether s.der 400D or EOS 1 cameras Lens and he hits exactly the Picture My Flavors

da hast nen
Raw Footage Clip of the XL1s with the 3.2 - 10.2 mm (that would be so at about 22 -24 mm KB) meinerMeihnung synonymous to one MUST HAVE optics for the XL .... if it is shown time on it because paying attention as the field (, 30 - 45 sec), I think you know what I mean.

* Ok I've been using it for recording no viewfinder, and indeed we could have a purely ND filter but I mean it is not Pure RAW FOOTAGE Scenic Inzenierung. And Youtube is for me ne kind of story sharing *

Property because there is no great Stillimage store around the corner where you once you could borrow a lens for 2 days?

But I can only ask the girlfriend mal ne Nikon leads and synonymous nen 10 to 22 or so, although nen DX but perhaps the time so make a few test shoots for us.
