I have a hardware problem:
Calculator: Win XPPROF SP3
Camera: Panasonic AG-HVX200E
Firewire card: Texas Instruments OHCI-compliant IEEE 1394 host controller.
SW: Edius 5:12
Since I am not sure if the HVX200 is the cause of the error, I have rummaged a little hesitant, but then I decided to sell my question here.
The Firewire is with "Plug and Play detected. The HVX200 does not.
The map was drawn, and I stuck. On her it is not.
I Draw the Firewire cable, signaled XP with the obligatory "Ding Dong" that that the connection was interrupted. The cable is synonymous ok.
Start -> Control Panel -> Scanners and Cameras "is empty.
Thus, "imaging device Add".
The "Scanner and Camera Wizard Installation" provides for the choice between Agfa to Xerox a couple of Manufacturer. Panasonic did not.
Then I could install in the "Installation of disk" Drivers of the HVX200.
But I have none.

how do you draw next to the HVX? On tape? Or on memory card?
In the latter, you should know the data but easily skim over a USB connection, you can insert a test basis, or the card once in a PCMIA slot of a laptop.
Vllt. synonymous times download the oroginalen Panasonic Drivers and try to install - there are some who know where I am.
Firewire would be relevant only for tape recording, and only serves to control the Bandlaufwekrs and transfer of video material in this way.

And you're certain that you have run the camera on "USB Device"? This is only interesting for P2 material, which is not possible to dub via Firewire. For DV material of tape you need to go to the PLAY mode. It found, however, synonymous everything out when it is time to turn aside to look instructions.
