In the Project settings in DVD Studio Pro: 16:9 Pan-Scan Letterbox dial.
The movie from Final Cut anamorphic export or with 8-bit Uncompressed with 1024x576. This file in Compressor to convert M2V and 16:9 in DVD Studio Pro.
