Hello,
will walk the data on Final Cut in Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) is qualitatively the best, but needs the most synonymous Space (x10 data I think). The DVC PRO HD will be visible to the quality of not worse, but takes less space on the hard drive.
The Intermediate Codec is built into iMovie, and speaks more to the consumer.
