@ Theproducer: Because you are confusing something, on an ordinary DVD will take you around 35 minutes in the AVCHD quality level 17mbit / s.
At a Blu-Ray (; without e) loosely adapts the 5 - to 6-fold.
And first to the question: No, a good dual core (, 2.4 - 3 GHz) and a halfway decent graphics card (; Geforce 9xxx / ATI HD 4xxx) range.
