Yes, that you are correct (assuming the program runs on the PC - keyword "minimum requirements"). The slower the PC, the longer the rendering or exporting. The result should be ok in any case. Just remember that with making a Ruckelvorschau cutting no fun. This may be true of a chore. Look for Edius (neo) purely because you can cut synonymous with lower-end PCs smoothly (in an intermediate format in which it takes must be converted before - of course, synonymous ...)
