Hello,
well, this is easier said than done. You have to think after my first little program with the first company to get into the basic operation fox. Because the touch is not only the "leaner", but synonymous Hautuneben-or-remove impurities, shiny bodies and the Lichtgebung beneficial to adapt.

The "streamline" s.sich you will be well with the "distortion" tool and make it look real, you will probably with the "copying the temple" a few points need to edit.

EDIT: Hier hab ich mal a Page, which is not very fully described, but perhaps enough so that you know.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Ok then that is probably more expensive than I thought:)
Where can I read / learn how to do this? A Manual on the Internet where everything is described step-by-step?

Hello,
because you were probably a bit too quick with the answers, because I have just finished my contribution with a small "Instructions" (less comprehensively) posted.

1. Click on the lasso tool in the top left of the palette, the cursor becomes a lasso, with which you points erklickter through the stomach in the way of "painting by numbers' choosing. Closed circle is a kind Ameisenpfad show.

2. Now you hit CTRL + C (Copy) and then CTRL + V (Paste). There seems to be nothing happening, but if you move the cursor back to the "Move" tool (pallet top right) do, you realize that a copy of the abdomen above the picture floats freely movable. It is now in the "Layers" palette right below a new layer to come over the "background" is "level 1".

3. Press CTRL + T (Free Transform) and (ver-) pull the belly in the form that appears beneficial to you (more transformation options under> Edit> Transform), then confirm with the Shift key.

The abdomen is now obscured, as thin, not more on the original background level. For further editing, you must now, therefore, in the layers palette click on the background (normal cursor = "move").

4. Choose now in the tool palette to copy stamp. If you have the background going, you see now a circle, whose size you with> right mouse button> can adjust brush size. Suspended above an area of the background color of the abdomen may well replace (usually right next to the original belly), then you do ALT + click to select this area. Then you stamp to the old contours around until only the new abdominal (level 1) is to be seen.

5. Melting together of the layers by Ctrl + Shift + E.

6. Save (for prints 300 dpi, for Web's: Save For Web).
